Eric Barber: Advice for Aspiring Healthcare Leaders

He goes on to say, “Change is inevitable, and you (as a leader) are driving that change. Do not be afraid of these difficult conversations.”

In the second segment, Barber offers insights and advice on having an uncompromising commitment to patient safety. This is the foundation for creating quality in healthcare.
