The key to everything is balance. Too often we get caught up in the short-term and forget the long-term focus. Marc Reynolds explores the need for balance between the two:
“The pressure is always to deal with the urgent stuff, to get rid of it, but it may not be worth really spending that much time.”
He goes on to encourage leaders to focus on what is important and not necessarily what is urgent.
