Carlos Arce, former CLO at Billings Clinic, now serves as Company Leader, Customer Experience at Elation, Inc. In today’s segment, Arce discusses the primary focus and work of Elation as well as their “Mindset Model.”
In the first segment, Arce focuses on what Elation hopes to accomplish:
“Our primary focus is trying to help businesses deal with the challenge of “how do we get the best from our employees?”
He discusses how many of the previous methodologies have failed at producing sustainable change. He continues on to discuss a new approach:
“We are learning more about the human brain than we ever have known—how your mindset influences your performance and how you can apply this knowledge to improve the outcome.”
In the second segment, Arce describes Elation’s 3-step Mindset Model:
- Create Awareness of your current thinking.
- Be aware of your choices (Automatic vs. Executive).
- Put in serious effort, attention, and focus to make those desired changes.
