In the second video Ford shares the story of the event that spurred him on toward patient advocacy. Ford’s first wife went into the hospital for a planned hysterectomy. Due to a medical error that took place during surgery, it led to months of additional surgeries, complications, and errors, which had life changing effects on his wife and entire family, and led to Ford’s current focus and passion.
