He acknowledges the value of reading for personal and professional development, but believes reading just for fun is important too.
“I think we all need to get away from the workplace sometimes. Historically I have read managerial books, but I’ve not read a lot of those lately. Because I think a lot of what’s written in books about management is better portrayed experientially and what you learn in the workplace.”
