Hason says there are a lot of similarities, even though after working at 9 different hospital systems throughout the country, they all think they are different.
All hospitals have a commitment to patient care, commitment to education and research (especially the larger hospitals) and accelerating patient metrics.
Hanson also indicates that all of his positions have been embedded deeply in strategy.
