Bruce Lawrence retired at the end of 2018 as the CEO of INTEGRIS Health. Dan Nielsen, Founder and CEO of America’s Healthcare Leaders, had the opportunity to interview Bruce just prior to his retirement.
Nielsen asked Lawrence what has been most meaningful to him through the course of his career. Lawrence shared that all 37 years of his career have been in healthcare and all within 3 different organizations. Lawrence always worked on the administrative side, and had the opportunity and ability to support clinicians in delivering the highest quality care with strong patient outcomes.
He believes that this was a calling for him, a ministry, and he feels blessed to have spent his time in this way.
