While Carlos Arce has moved on to work as a Company Leader, Customer Experience at Elation, he spent many years serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Billings Clinic. These two segments are focused on his experience at Billings Clinic.
In the first segment Carlos Arce describes his role as Chief Learning Officer. He admits that when he first took the position, the term “chief learning officer” wasn’t regularly used in any organization, much less healthcare. One of the things he enjoyed most was seeing how this role transformed as the organization grew.
In the second segment Carlos Arce discusses one of his favorite experiences at Billings Clinic. He was given the opportunity to collaborate with others to address an ongoing and challenging issue specific to healthcare.
