Gen Guanci on Employee Empowerment

In a recent video interview Dan Nielsen, Founder/CEO of America’s Healthcare Leaders asked Gen Guanci, Consultant for Creative HealthCare Management to talk about employee empowerment.

Gen shares that employees want to do a great job so we need to allow them that opportunity. Don’t micromanage, she says… if they come up with the solutions they will own them and operationalize them.
