Gen Guanci to Leaders: Ask Employees This Question, “What Would You Do if You Were Me?”

In a recent interview with Gen Guanci, Dan Nielsen, Founder/CEO of America’s Healthcare Leaders asked Guanci to explain the phrase “What would you do if you were me?”.

Guanci describes that leaders can’t possibly know the answer to everything. She further says that the best ideas many times come from those who have to operationalize a strategy, so leaders show humility when they ask employees the question,”What would you do if you were me?”
