Nielsen asks Solazzo to comment on this, and Solazzo responds that one of the main goals of Nothwell Health is creating healthcare leaders for the future and giving them the skills they need to succeed.
“Our job as leaders is to make sure our teams have the support, the skills, and the ability to be able to change and move our organization.”
